After 31 years of practice Dr. Strinden retired at the end of 2019.

This website is currently available for education and information. Please use the online form to request your records. You can find it under the resource tab, then forms.
Click on medical records release authorization. Please fill out ALL numbered blanks and return the form via fax (936)632-3837, email (strinden@consolidated.net), or US mail. Dr. Strinden no longer lives in Lufkin. For patients, there will be a $5.00 fee for copying records for mailing. We will be happy to forward records to any doctor of your choosing. Please allow 4 weeks for processing records requests.
